Gas Safe
The Gas Safe Register is the only official list of gas engineers legally able to perform gas work on boilers, hobs, ovens, fires and all other gas appliances. All of our engineers are Gas Safe Registered and are happy to show you their ID card to prove it.
 
Gas Safe Register replaced CORGI as the gas registration body in Great Britain on 1 April 2009.  A Gas Safe registered engineer has been checked to make sure they are competent and qualified to work safely and legally with gas.

NICEIC
NICEICis the UK electrical contracting industry’s independent voluntary body. It has been assessing the technical competence of electricians for over 50 years and maintains a register of qualified, competent electricians.
 
The NICEIC looks at a representative sample of the contractor’s work, their premises, documentation, equipment, and the competence of their key supervisory staff.  Once contractors become registered with NICEIC, they are re-assessed on a regular basis to ensure high standards.

OFTEC
OFTEC is the technical and marketing body for the oil-fired heating industry, and every OFTEC Registered Technician must hold a current certificate of assessed competence issued by a UKAS Accredited Certification Body for OFTEC Assessments.

Warm Front
Plumb-Line has been selected as a regional sub-contractor to Eaga – the principal contractor for the Warm Front Scheme. Warm Front is the Government's largest scheme designed to combat fuel poverty in the private owner occupied and rented sector in England.This scheme provides support to priority and vulnerable groups in society who are considered to be in, or at risk of, fuel poverty.

APHC
The Association of Plumbing and Heating Contractors is the leading trade association for the plumbing and heating industry in England and Wales. It operates a licensed plumber scheme to ensure consumer protection. All members of the association are reliable, established, businesses which employ fully trained staff and have a commitment to high levels of customer service. Each member undertakes an annual assessment to ensure they are meeting the strict business standards. Part of these standards is to hold and operate an approved customer complaints system.

ISO 9001
Plumb-Line’s quality management systems have been assessed and approved by an independent assessor and have been found to reach the requirements of the quality management standard BS EN ISO 9001:2000 
 
ISO 14001
Plumb-Line environmental management systems have been assessed and approved by QMS International Plc to the following environmental management systems, standards, and guidelines: BS EN ISO 14001: 2004 
 
ISO 18001
Plumb-Line has also achieved the occupational health and safety standard ISO 18001. The company’s occupational health and safety management systems have been assessed and approved to meet the BS OHSAS 18001:2007 systems, standards and guidelines.
 
HETAS
Plumb-Line is currently in the process of completing HETAS registration. HETAS is the official approval body for solid fuel, wood and solid biomass products and services within the UK. The scheme aims to ensure that users of solid fuel, wood and solid biomass burning equipment have work undertaken by a competent engineer/technician working for a registered company, and can expect that the work will be carried out safely and to a good standard.
